Individual Therapy
Growth and change is hard, don’t be shy to admit it! Whatever your personal growth or processing needs are, from organization, depression management, anxiety, and more, we can work together to curate a space that is best for you to roll up your sleeves, get vulnerable, and possibly, ugly cry.
-
Family Therapy
Families tend to hold a lot of history, and a lot of energy. It can sometimes be difficult to distinguish it all when you are deeply entrenched in what we call a “family system”. My role is to serve as an outside observer to help you both identify where behaviors and interaction patterns come from, and how to interrupt the cycle for long-term generational healing.
-
Sex Therapy
Discussions around sex, unfortunately, are usually paired with shame, which can often prevent us from not only getting the vital help we need, but also from simply living our optimal sexual life! In the therapy environment we create together, you can leave shame at the door. Whether the topic is trauma, polyamory, physical disorders, identity discovery, or anything else, you are welcome, and you are safe.
-
Friendship Therapy
Yes, friends can go to therapy together too! Friends are a type of chosen family, and a type of partnership, that needs relationship maintenance and care just like any other relationship. Especially with long-term friends, there can be a lot of history and unspoken trust injuries to unpack. Let’s create a safe and vulnerable space together for you and bestie to do some healing.

Psychodiagnostic Interview & Assessment
Labels, in some cases, can be limiting, but having an official diagnosis can also serve as a guide in how to move forward with the best treatment for you. A Psychological Assessment takes about 60-90 minutes, and is structured based on the guidelines outlined in the DSM-V, the official manual for mental health disorders developed by the American Psychological Association.

Romantic Relationship Therapy
Romantic Relationship therapy many times gets the reputation of being a last ditch effort before partners get both feet out of the door. If that’s you, that’s okay! However, you’re probably better suited for discernment counseling, which is a process that usually takes 1-5 sessions with each session being 1.5-2 hours each. The goal of this type of counselling is to determine whether or not you will stay together.
Romantic Relationship therapy is when partners are committed to staying together, but they need some guidance on how to work through issues and set a firmer foundation of communication.
