Real Talk. Safe Space. Meaningful Change.

Hi there, I’m Rae Fuqua (they/them), a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate (LMFTC) offering virtual therapy for individuals 16+ and all relationships. My work focuses on helping people navigate the often complex dynamics around relationships, sexuality, and religious trauma with clarity and compassion.

I specialize in working with folks who are exploring or practicing ethical non-monogamy, healing from religious trauma, or facing questions around intimacy and sexual identity. Therapy with me is collaborative. I believe you’re the expert on your own life. My role is to be a direct, empathetic sounding board who helps you explore your own goals and values, offering feedback and new perspectives without judgment.

My clinical approach is integrative, grounded in Solution-Focused and Narrative Therapy. That means we’ll work together to understand how your story has shaped you, and how you can begin to shape it yourself. I aim to create a space where trust and safety are at the center, so you can be vulnerable, process feedback in a healthy way, and move toward the life you want.

Outside of sessions, I love Latin dance classes, karaoke nights, and getting lost in a good book.

If you're curious about working together, I offer a free 15-minute consultation. Reach out—I'm happy to answer any questions you have and to decide if we’re a good fit.
