Memberships

Membership plans are optional monthly packages designed to provide clients with consistent access to therapy at a discounted rate. Memberships are not insurance and do not guarantee crisis or emergency services.

By enrolling in a membership plan, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Membership Policies

  • ✺Billing & Payments

Membership payments are billed monthly in advance on the date of initial enrollment.

Payments are non-refundable, including in months when sessions are not used.

Sessions do not roll over into future months.

Payment must be kept on file and up-to-date. Failed or late payments may result in paused services or termination of the membership plan.

  • ✺Session Scheduling

Clients are encouraged to schedule all monthly sessions in advance to secure preferred times.

The therapist does not guarantee availability outside of regular business hours unless previously agreed upon for special cases.

  • ✺Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows

Standard cancellation policy applies to all sessions unless your membership includes specific “late-cancel passes.”

Free reschedules included in certain tiers must be used within the same billing month.

Missed sessions or late cancellations beyond your membership benefits are forfeited and not refunded.

  • ✺In-Between-Session Support

In-between-session support is not crisis care and is limited to the time specified in your plan.

Check-ins must be scheduled in advance and cannot be used for full therapy sessions.

The therapist reserves the right to redirect to a scheduled session if clinically appropriate.

  • ✺Plan Changes, Pauses, or Cancellations

Memberships may be upgraded, downgraded, or canceled with 30 days’ written notice.

Pausing memberships is not guaranteed and is subject to therapist approval.

If a membership is canceled, any unused sessions expire at the end of the current billing period.

  • ✺Termination of Membership by Therapist

The therapist may terminate a membership at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

    Ethical or scope-of-practice considerations

    Repeated no-shows or late cancellations

    Failure to pay

    Clinical appropriateness

In such cases, unused sessions for the current month will be refunded.

  • ✺Clinical & Ethical Considerations

Membership enrollment does not guarantee treatment if the therapist determines services are not clinically appropriate.

Memberships do not establish 24/7 access. All communication is bound by existing practice policies.

The therapist reserves the right to adjust membership offerings with 30 days’ notice.

  • ✺Good-Faith Estimate & No Surprises Act

Clients will receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining expected yearly therapy costs. Memberships may impact this amount and will be included at the monthly rate.
