Expect a hands-on, supportive, affirming environment where you can learn new skills, strengthen your current skills, and practice those skills in a like-minded community.

Sample Schedule

  • Welcoming all participating members into the space with a grounding exercise.

  • The first session will be introductions, and subsequent sessions will be a review from participants about if/they have applied last week’s skill, and their general state of being.

  • We will review one skill each week in depth and learn how to apply that skill in the upcoming week.

  • A time for us to close out peacefully, decompress from what came up in session, and start the week off right!
