If you don’t have time to spend months doing therapy every week, or you just want results faster, therapy intensives might be for you! Intensives are offered either in one day or multi-day increments and last either for a half day or full day.
During this time we’ll really dig into the weeds and dedicate ample time to setting goals, processing trauma and building coping skills. Currently, the intensives offered are for Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Brainspotting. Keep reading to determine which might be best for you.
Every Intensive Includes:
One Free Consultation to determine if intensives are a good fit, and which intensive would be the best for you (20 Minutes)
One Intake Session to gather background information, set goals for the intensive, and align on the intensive agenda (60-90 Minutes)
One Follow Up Session 1-2 weeks after the intensive to check in on progress made, provide extra support, and align on next steps.
One Self-Care Package mailed to the address of your choice to support you on your healing journey
Access to a discounted rate to book another intensive or transition to regular therapy after the intensive is complete.
The Brainspotting Intensive Might be For You If…
You carry experiences that still live in your body, even if you’ve “talked about it” before
You notice shutdown, hypervigilance, or triggers that feel automatic, especially in spaces where you don’t feel fully safe or seen
You’ve learned to survive by disconnecting, pushing through, or minimizing your needs, and want to gently reconnect with yourself
You’re holding racial trauma, generational stress, or the impact of navigating the world as a Black and/or queer person
You want to move beyond just coping and process things at a deeper, nervous-system level
You’re open to a slower, more intuitive process that allows your body, along with you mind, to lead
Many people benefit from both: using DBT to build the skills to navigate daily life, and Brainspotting to heal what’s underneath. If you opt for a 2-Day Intensive, we can spend one day on each type!
Pricing
Pricing depends on how many hours and how many days you’d like your intensive to be. There is also an upcharge for evenings and weekends since these are premium spots.
Because of this, pricing is determined during the 20-minute consultation based on your desires and goals.
The range can be anywhere from:
$778 (1 day, 3 hours, on a weekday)
to
$3,240 (2 days, 6 hours each day, on a weekend)
